Finally, hydration crafted for everyday movement

Made with just the essentials, nothing more

Whether you're crushing a 30-minute HIIT workout, traveling around the globe, chasing a toddler around, rehydrating after a late night, or simply going for a sweaty walk with a friend, your body is losing essential electrolytes. Electrolytes facilitate hundreds of functions in the body, including the conduction of nerve impulses, muscle function, hormonal regulation, nutrient absorption, and fluid balance. For optimal health, it's essential to hydrate with water PLUS electrolytes to keep the body balanced.

ADAY's sugar-free electrolyte mix provides you with a tasty, everyday source of hydration by combining the perfect amount of daily sodium, potassium & magnesium to replenish you when you need it most!

Explore more about ADAY's key electrolytes below

Sodium is an essential mineral, and if you’re living a healthy lifestyle & consuming primarily unprocessed food, you're likely not getting enough.

The amount of salt (or sodium!) that you lose in your sweat is variable, but it can be up to 1,000 mg per hour of exercise, especially if you live in hot climates or indulge in heated workouts. ADAY’s hydrating electrolytes have 800mg of sodium to give you what your body needs to help maintain a balance of body fluids & aid in hydration while accelerating the absorption of water.

71% of added sodium in American’s diets comes from outside the home (processed foods and sodium used as preservatives) and not from the salt we add to food when cooking. We can reasonably assume that those following a healthier lifestyle, cooking mostly at home or eating predominantly unprocessed, are not getting adequate amounts of sodium to replace what they have lost during their active lives!

Potassium helps maintain fluid balance in the body and is essential to hydration.

Only 3% of Americans reach the Institute of Medicine’s target of 4.7 grams of potassium per day. Sweat is composed of a variable amount of potassium (78 - 312 mg per liter to be exact). The 200 mg available in ADAY’s hydrating electrolytes is formulated to be enough to replete the sweat loss in your daily movement.

Magnesium has a variety of roles in the body, including energy metabolism, bone health, the nervous system, and supporting your muscles and bones! The addition of magnesium can also support athletic performance, as well as muscle relaxation.

Research shows that approximately 30% of US adults do not consume enough magnesium. Magnesium is also lost in sweat, and since most stagnant people already aren’t consuming enough, if you move your body consistently the importance of magnesium is even greater! ADAY’s hydrating electrolytes include 60mg of magnesium to ensure you’re getting all you need to stay active and support your muscles and bones.
